The basic system of a backpacker hostel is that the beds can be booked individually. In our house, however, this only applies to the 6-bed rooms. Rooms for 2 and 4 people can only be booked privately.
The bistro is the heart of our facility. In addition to the effective bistro, it also houses the hostel reception and the brewhouse of the Seeland Bräu pub brewery. Next to the bar, there are 13 tables for 48 people to eat and drink. 2 sofas and a fireplace provide additional coziness.
On the upper floor there is a seminar room with adjoining guest kitchen and a meeting room. The rooms can be rented for meetings, lectures, seminars, etc.
More than 150 times a year, brewing takes place in the attractive 10-hectolitre brewhouse directly behind the bar. The Seeland Bräu beers, most of which are certified organic, are produced in an environmentally friendly way with water heated by the sun and their own electricity from the roof.
